This extended and updated edition of H.E. Julio A. Jeldres' history of the Royal House of Cambodia takes us through times, tragedies and triumphs until the present days, with intimate portraits of its youngest generations in closing.
Brilliant historic essay illuminated by a rich iconography, the 318 pages book depicts the Cambodian royals as they were and nowadays are -- symbols of the Khmer resilience against the challenges of wars and predatory powers, protectors of the arts and artists themselves, human beings devoted to a somehow supernatural mission.
